Facility Description

Baja is located on 80 acres of natural rolling terrain.Soil conditions are loamy top soil,clay,and sand. The soils and slopes makes for a fast recovery on an unexpected rain. The track is designed for all riders abilty from beginner to pro. Baja has concessions for practices and races, dust control, ATV medical support (ground and air) for all practices and races, lawn parking, child play area (swings, slides, huge sand box, etc,) fishing (catch and release) announcing during the races.

• All practices are open to the public.
• Memberships are REQUIRED for racing.
  
  These are yearly fees:
  $39.00 - AMA-American Motorcyclist Association
  $15.00 - District 14
  
  AMA memberships expire on anniversary date.
  D-14 memberships expire on 12/31.
  
  Memberships allow riders to race at any AMA sanctioned track in Michigan or the US.

**Memberships may be purchased at our facility at any time.

• Sign-up begins at 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM.
  
  
• Practice begins at 9:00 AM - each class receives 1 practice consisting of approx. 2 - 4 laps.
  
  
• Races begin following last class practice - each class races 1 Moto (4 - 6 laps) with 2nd Moto to follow.

• 50 Jr & 50 Sr's will be allowed to practice on the modified Main Track on the practice prior to a race weekend ONLY.
  
  
• Weekend practices begin at 12:00 noon sharp and end at 5:00 PM
  
  
• Weekday Practices begin at 3:00 PM Sharp and end at 8:00 PM
  
  
• All practices are open, with all 60's - 250's riding on the Main Track and all 60 Beginners - 50's riding on the JR Track
  
  

Practice becomes organized on the Main Track as follows:

When Entries = 100 riders

When Entries = 150 or more riders

60 Beginner riders are allowed to practice on the JR Track provided they are a beginner unless Track officials feel the rider is over qualified.

Pricing

Practice Day:

• $20 per rider
  
• $5.00 Gate Fee
  
• Children 3 and under are FREE

Race Day Gate fee:

• $10.00 per spectator 12 & up all riders
  
• $5.00 per child 4-11/Non-Riders
  
• Children 3 and under are FREE

  *NOTE*

  You will be charged for the entire race weekend when arrriving on Friday or Saturday.  A refund will be given if you leave by the end of the race day Saturday.  You must have your wristband(s) in order to receive your refund.

Race Day class fee:

• $30 per class
